desktop monitor stands
Can anyone recommend some desktop monitor stands? I have a pair of Tapco S5 monitors which are quite heavy. I tried mounting them on the wall and they promptly fell off (and survived!) I don't really have room for floor-standing ones. Alternatively, I could just get a filing box and put some Auralex monitor pads on top. Would that be a bad idea for any reason? Thanks.

I'm trying to remember the make of these desktop monitors stands, they come in 20cm (tall), and I think two bigger size, they had good reviews/comments when tested with stereo speakers, not audio monitors but probalby still good. If I remember I'll pop back here with the make.
I use the auralex monitor pads, I did not actually test the room for with and without the pads though, but surely they can't do any arm
