Paice - monitor mixing console... google gives no results - perhaps you can?

Hi all,

Anybody heard of this company? The desk (im told) was made in New York in the 1970's and shipped to the UK. The only badge or logo is paice (looks like PAiCE)

Its an 8 track monitor desk, 4 band eq, talkback etc.

Anybody ever heard of it? Im not looking for spares etc - just want to know more about the manufacturer!
