World Wide Copyright?

Hi to you.

I thought that when you have a copyright it is world wide?

Check the Copyright offices in DC!!

It is international as long as the country in question is part of an international party agreement.


"There is no such thing as an “international copyright” that will automatically protect an

However, most countries offer protection to foreign works under certain conditions that have been greatly simplified by international copyright treaties and conventions. P.S. I also read that one should put the copyright symbol on their work otherwise people can claim they did not know and will be let off the hook.
