"Ok. Now we used ARC for a while but we found it makes room way too dry... In compare with the proper acoustic treatment. It's fine for a cheap way, but still not as good... Well that's my POV..."
I love all the music, but the closest to my heart is ragga jungle. I wrote in quite a few totally different genres. It's all depends on the mood at the moment of writing a composition. But as in one song it was said:"I'm a Junglist"

Hey Greenjah thanks for the kind words mate really glad you like the stuff weve got so many other tracks that well rotate on here so always will appreciate your comments, your player is not streaming here at the moment infact I cant seem to hear anyones music on here tonight so Ill be back to have a listen to your material tomorrow at some stage, thanks for getting in touch and Ill speak wit ya soon mate!
I never recorded with that AKG you mention, but it's probably just another quality AKG mic, like all the other stuff they make :)
And yes that Solina is awesome :D, it was heavy a shit though, a real back breaker. And about the 02r, mine is totally expanded with all the TC add-on's you could buy. The mixer is really a winner and very easy to work on different tracks/music because of the save/total recall function it has.
In the near future I will be expanding the studio with a 32 channel Ghost mixer with automation or a D&R.

Hey - thanks for the comments. No EQ. All my kick drum sounds are simply layered, with one for weight and one or more for feel. Mostly from magazine cover CDs, never paid for one.I have been collecting drum samples for 17 years or more! Will check out your stuff later - got to go to work!
Cheers for the comments, Good to get opinions that go along with what i was thinking lol. The drums are played live but on an old yamaha dd-11 that ive had for 10 years. Cant afford a full size electric kit just at the minute. The sounds are from XLN Audio's Addictive Drums, Its got great quailty kits and has the flexibilty to get that DnB sound that alot of the other sample packages cant give you.
