Great work and thanks for the effort.
I have nearly gone totally bonkers now, that f*ckin sample.
Spent the last two days studying sine waves and running phase experiments, my neighbours must be bald by now.
I have nearly read the whole Internet, but my PC crashed when I attempted to download the entire Internet. ROFLOL.
I was wondering, - the sample - are you allowed to directly edit the waveform with the pencil tool in an audio editor ?
Or is that pushing the envelope ? Too much ?
You get some really interesting results, I have been trying to make it look like writing. You should hear this shit.
I canny believe that I have spent all this money on Studio gear and top end hi fi, only to mess around with a sample sinewave of less than 1 sec duration.
You are a bad man.
Thanks,
Throbber.
Listening to your synch plop track, could hear all the frequency range no problems, did not like the very high pitched squealing at very top of the mix, my ears were ringing out with these frequencies after listening. LOL. More of a whining sound you get from very high speed turbines, must be above 12K, it is below 18K, because I can hear it. I can't hear anything above 18K and I am not convinced that is a bad thing.
Well my effort is up there and I used nothing except the sample you provided.
Am I supposed to put a sample up now as well ?
I think I overlooked that bit, easy sorted though.
I am sure you will be having a listen to Syncho Psycho and will give me a review on the effort.
Can't wait to hear some other attempts.
Good idea man.
Thanks,
Ray Dayo.
Nice build with the beats in Shameful!, one side of the Progressive breaks genre.
I think you need add a little more variation too inside the mind, i know its only a section from the full version, but a few teasers of what is to come would go down well. maybe a few track sections recorded to one and cut into small pieces, and then played/layered ocassionally, i.e stabs in the back ground with a little reverb to keep it at the back.
Thanks for sharing.
